cotton/flannel, cotton polyester blend, or baroque satin.
Jewels are acrylic rhinestones.

Hand wash in cold water.  Lay flat to dry.

COLLAR COVERS SIZING INFORMATION
To determine the proper size collar cover, measure your pets neck and add 2 inches. 
Collar covers should fit high on your pets neck without fitting too loosely.

Collar Cover sizes 8/10/12/14 are made to fit collars 3/4 inch wide or narrower.
Collar Cover sizes 16/18/20/22/24 are made to fit collars 1 inch wide or narrower.

COLLAR COVER INSTRUCTIONS
Slide your pet's collar through the opening of the collar cover to the other end and fasten the collar.
Note:  The collar covers are made so that the buckle of your pet's collar is exposed.
