The return or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.

to receive your refund, you MUST
contact us for an authorization
number.
Any orders returned for a refund without an authorization number will
be returned to sender.
It is your responsibility to verify that your order
receipt is correct before it is processed.
If your order is not correct,

Embroidered, personalized, discounted, sale, clearance, special orders, or custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled after your
order is processed.
Exceptions on cancelled orders will be charged a cancellation fee.

Lost Packages - Claims 30 days
Lost Packages must be reported to us within 30 of placing your order.

Damaged/Defective Packages
